Located along the Salmon River fly-fishing zone, across the street from the Salmon River lower reservoir. A short drive to the NYS Fish Hatchery and near the Salmon River Waterfall, the fifth largest in falls in NYS. Hop on to the C5 trail system and ride snowmobiles for hours of fun.

Each cottage is loaded with private amenities and is fully furnished. Enjoy a full kitchen (with basic utensils/cookware), refrigerator, stove, coffee-pot, toaster and microwave. Included with your stay is use of boats on the property. Including the kayaks, flat- bottom boats, canoes. Life-vests (required).
Every guest will also enjoy the use of the three docks on the property, the hammocks, walking paths, and the private beach access to serene Autumn Lake.
