Located in the center of the Bella Vista campus this cottage is perfect for a couple’s retreat, as small family getaway, or combined with another cottage for larger parties that want more space to enjoy their stay. This cottage was designed for efficiency with a layout to suit comfort and functionality. Mid-sized appliances to prepare a multi-course meal with adjacent courtyard for dining outdoors. There is an attached deck for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, a hammock in the courtyard outside for a peaceful nap and fire-pit for a campfire to make s’mores and tell ghost stories out back.

Portable air conditioner in the living/ dining space.  Ceiling fans over bed and in living space.  Adorable gas fireplace added.

Netflix and Wi-fi provided.  Use of various boats on site included with your stay.
